As of 10 November 2011 the Norwegian Embassy in Asmara will represent the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Germany in accordance with the Visa Code with regard to all types of Schengen visas. For residence permits to the Netherlands or Germany, applicants are requested to contact the nearest Dutch or German embassy.
